About Our Live Online Classes
Not only are they social, fun and a really good workout, but you can book your first class absolutely FREE! Our classes range from low impact to the more intense. And they’re delivered by Geri, live and in-person! Online 1:1 Personal Training is also available.
All classes are delivered in the comfort of your home using Zoom Video, which can be accessed via the Zoom website or app. We recommend you download the Zoom app prior to your first class. Zoom is free to use and you’re welcome to invite other members of your household to join the class. Please don’t share your Zoom link with anyone else though.

A physical activity class is a great way to improve your health and fitness and you can fit one in around your daily schedule. The good news is our group fitness classes can now be booked online. It’s a great way to stay fit and active while we’re on coronavirus lockdown and it’s an ideal way of getting friends together remotely to have fun in the name of exercise!
